Travel Reservations Agent – Remote Position

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Reservations Agents in this remote role. You will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including:
    • Hotels
    • Flights
    • Cruises
    • Vacation packages
  • Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
  • Research travel options and present tailored recommendations based on:
    • Client preferences
    • Budget constraints
  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Client interactions
    • Reservations
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to:
    • Confirm bookings
    • Resolve issues
  • Stay updated with:
    • Travel updates
    • Policy changes
    • Available offerings

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
