Travel Services Operations Advisor - EMEA

Travel Services Manager

About the Role

Based in the Travel Services team within Global Mobility Services, this role is committed to enhancing business travel services for TikTok employees. The team focuses on:

  • Streamlining business travel operations
  • Ensuring standardized processes and policy adherence
  • Managing external suppliers for high-quality service delivery
  • Optimizing travel experiences for employees

Responsibilities

  • Lead travel service operations in the assigned region, including:
    • Resolving escalated customer complaints
    • Overseeing OnCall BPO customer service operations
    • Adjusting service delivery standards and evaluating performance
    • Continuously improving standardized systems and workflows
  • Optimize and manage regional travel supplier systems to:
    • Maintain high-quality service delivery
    • Enhance operational efficiency
    • Uphold consistent standards
  • Manage special regional travel initiatives, such as:
    • Cross-border mobility projects
    • Collaborating with internal and external teams
    • Ensuring timely project completion
  • Conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to identify:
    • Regional policy adaptability needs
    • Hi Travel system optimization points
    • Provide actionable insights for policy and system improvements
  • Partner with leadership to build a travel operations system that:
    • Aligns with TikTok’s global business development stage
    • Aligns with company-specific travel characteristics
    • Continually improves service delivery capabilities
    • Enhances the global travel experience

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Business travel management
    • Customer service
    • Process improvement
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to:
    • Adapt to fast-paced environments
    • Think critically and solve complex problems
  • In-depth understanding of the global business context through:
    • Firm grasp of TikTok’s business travel needs
    • Aerial knowledge of the company’s business development stage
