Travel Technology Specialist

Travel Technology Specialist Remote (UK) Our client is a highly successful and ambitious independent corporate travel management company looking for an experienced Travel Technology Specialist to take ownership of their travel technology environment. This is a fully remote role based in the UK and offers the opportunity to become the company's travel technology expert, supporting the continued development, integration and optimisation of its travel systems. Working closely with operational teams and third-party technology providers, you'll play a key role in ensuring the business's technology continues to support its ambitious growth plans.

What will I be doing? Taking ownership of the company's travel technology environment, including Sabre, Atriis and back-office systems. Investigating and resolving system, interface and data flow issues. Working with third-party technology providers to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system functionality. Managing travel technology projects from concept through to implementation. Supporting the development of reporting and management information tools. Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency. Ensuring supplier content, booking data and customer information are flowing accurately between systems. Acting as the company's travel technology expert, providing support and guidance across the business.

What experience do I need? Previous experience within the corporate travel industry. Strong working knowledge of Sabre is essential. Experience using Atriis is essential. Experience of travel technology, systems integration and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment. Experience of TravCom, Travelogistics, Travel Fusion or similar back-office/reporting systems would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

What else do I need to know? This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the UK. You'll be the travel technology expert within a successful, ambitious and growing independent corporate travel management company. This is an internally focused role with no client-facing responsibilities. You'll enjoy real ownership of the travel technology function, with the opportunity to influence future systems development and drive improvements across the business. Salary is c£45-50k, 25 days holiday, great team, lots of future opportunity.
