Our extensive network consists of 15 leading lettings and estate agencies, and we have made strategic acquisitions to date to enhance our portfolio of brands and properties under management.

We're Hiring: Treasury Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Finance team as a Treasury Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office.

Role Overview

As a Treasury Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Group's treasury operations, banking governance and finance systems administration. Acting as a central point of contact for treasury activities across the business, you'll help ensure strong financial controls, efficient banking processes and accurate cash reporting, enabling our qualified finance teams to focus on strategic priorities, statutory reporting and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of treasury operations across the Group, including opening and closing bank accounts and maintaining bank account records
  • Manage bank mandates, authorised signatories and KYC/AML documentation, ensuring compliance and robust governance
  • Act as the primary contact for banking partners, coordinating requests, resolving service issues and supporting ongoing relationship management
  • Support acquisitions and disposals by managing banking integration activities, including account openings, closures and account transitions
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Group bank account register and support the ongoing rationalisation of banking arrangements across the business
  • Prepare daily cash position reports and weekly liquidity reporting to support effective financial decision-making
  • Assist with short and medium-term cash flow forecasting, covenant reporting, acquisition funding activities and debt drawdowns
  • Provide first-line administration and support for Sage, including user management, licences, security roles and entity onboarding
  • Maintain finance system structures and chart of accounts mapping to support accurate financial reporting
  • Document treasury processes, support banking control improvements and identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
