Treasury Analyst
Salary: c.£40,000
North London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
An urgent and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Analyst to join a growing and dynamic organisation based in North London. This role is ideal for a treasury professional with experience in cash management, debt administration and treasury operations who is looking to develop within a collaborative and fast-paced finance team.
The Role
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will support the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring effective liquidity management, debt reporting and banking operations while maintaining strong controls and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cash positioning and liquidity management.
- Cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
- Administration of debt facilities, loan drawdowns and repayments.
- Monitoring financial covenants and supporting compliance reporting.
- Processing treasury payments and maintaining banking platforms.
- Assisting with Treasury Management System (TMS) reporting and reconciliations.
- Supporting interest calculations, debt reporting and treasury month-end activities.
- Maintaining bank mandates, bank reconciliations and supporting bank account management.
- Assisting with treasury projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders, banks and external advisers.

About You
- Previous experience in a Treasury Analyst or Treasury Operations role.
- Understanding of cash management, debt facilities and treasury controls.
- Experience preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reporting.
- Knowledge of loan administration and covenant reporting is advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills; experience using a Treasury Management System (Kyriba, Quantum, IT2, Reval or similar) would be beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Studying towards or qualified in ACT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA is desirable but not essential.
