Treasury Analyst

Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time role, Treasury Analyst role based remotely. The Treasury Analyst will manage daily cash positioning and liquidity, monitor bank balances, and support cash management activities across the organization. This role will assist with cash flow forecasting, analysis treasury data, and help optimize financing and investment strategies. The Treasury Analyst will prepare reports for management, support compliance with treasury policies, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate treasury-related accounting. The position will also involve maintaining banking relationships, supporting process improvements, and contributing to internal controls within the treasury function.

Qualifications

- Strong treasury management skills, including experience with corporate treasury operations and banking platforms.
- Cash management and cash flow forecasting skills to support liquidity planning and short-term funding needs.
- Analytical skills and finance knowledge to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or treasury management systems are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACT/ CIMA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or security-related industries is a plus.
