As part of our Front Office Treasury team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, the Intelligent Business Hub and the wider business to help deliver effective liquidity and funding solutions. Principle Accountabilities
- Manage the Group’s daily cash position by analysing liquidity requirements and executing foreign exchange transactions, short term borrowings, commercial paper issuances, and money market investments in line with Treasury policy.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance and operational teams to provide accurate cash flow visibility, optimise liquidity across the Group, and ensure compliance with funding and risk management frameworks.
- Analyse cash forecasting variances, identify trends and root causes, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and cash management processes.
- Conduct treasury analysis and reporting, including banking wallet reviews, interest forecasting support, and the use of tools such as Bloomberg to provide insight for decision making.
- Act as a Treasury Business Partner by providing guidance on liquidity, FX, interest rates, Treasury policies and controls, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Skills and Experience Required
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and understand both detailed information and wider business impacts.
- Proven ability to work accurately under pressure, managing competing priorities and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive and inquisitive approach, demonstrating a willingness to learn, challenge constructively, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions when required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA, alongside strong proficiency in the wider Microsoft Office suite and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
