The Role
We are looking for a Treasury Product, Systems and FTP Specialist to join our Treasury team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting treasury products, systems integration, accounting controls and automation initiatives across the Bank.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong treasury product knowledge and systems experience to help enhance treasury processes, improve reporting and reconciliations, and contribute to the development of funds transfer pricing (FTP) methodologies.
What You’ll Do
- Strengthen treasury operations by improving product setup, system processes and controls across money markets, bonds, IRS and CCS.
- Enhance data flows between treasury platforms, core banking and finance systems to boost efficiency and data accuracy.
- Develop FTP methodologies that support performance analysis and management reporting.
- Upgrade reconciliations and reporting to reduce manual work and strengthen governance.
- Support new product launches through setup, accounting configuration, testing and system enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams (Treasury, Finance, IT, Head Office) to deliver smarter processes and better systems.
- Document processes clearly including controls, interfaces and FTP methodologies.
- Provide analytical and project support to the Treasurer and wider team.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong treasury product knowledge across loans, deposits, bonds, IRS and FX, including accounting treatment.
- Hands-on treasury systems experience covering product configuration, accounting rules, data integration and interface testing.
- Process improvement skills with a track record of automation and control enhancement.
- FTP expertise (highly advantageous).
- Kondor or K+TP experience (desirable).
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred, though strong treasury systems/product experience is also valued.
- Banking or regulated FS background.
