About The Role
The Treasury Analyst – Operations & Cash Management supports the delivery of daily Treasury Operations activities and provides cash management and liquidity analysis to ensure the accurate, timely, and controlled execution of treasury processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s global daily cash position, ensuring optimum use of cash and supporting the maximisation of cash held centrally.
- Support the analysis of short-term liquidity, including cash positioning, pooling effectiveness, and related reporting.
- Support the Treasury Operations Manager with:
- Management of daily settlement and confirmation processes
- Ensuring all payments are confirmed and executed within defined cut-off times
- Deliver daily cash reconciliations and support monthly bank interest and bank charges reviews.
- Develop and maintain cash management and operations (Ops) KPIs and analytical reporting.
-Support the identification and implementation of process and system improvements across:
- Treasury Operations
- Cash Management
- Assist in the embedding of new processes arising from:
- Treasury transformation
- System changes
- Proactively challenge existing processes to improve:
- Efficiency
- Accuracy
- Control

Qualifications And Skills
- University graduate with a financial qualification or qualified by experience (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, AMCT/MCT, CFA).
- ACT qualifications preferred.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in Treasury Operations, including:
- Settlements
- Confirmations
- Bank account management
- Strong experience in:
- Global cash management
- Liquidity forecasting
- Cash reporting
- Experience working with:
- TMS (Treasury Management Systems)
- ERP systems
- Numerical proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of Treasury risks and controls
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Continuous improvement mindset
