Pure Search are exclusively supporting a PE-backed business on their search for an Interim Treasury Analyst.
This is an initial 3-month interim opportunity for an immediately available Treasury Analyst to join a dynamic treasury function. There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right individual. Based in the Farringdon area, the position operates on a hybrid basis with three days per week in the office.
The business is undergoing significant growth, with debt raising and infrastructure development forming a key part of its strategy. This opportunity will suit someone with experience in debt reporting, financing activities, covenant compliance or lender-facing reporting who is looking to further develop their career within a growing and fast-paced environment.
While candidates from a treasury background will be of strong interest, we are also keen to hear from individuals currently working within project finance, development finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance, debt reporting or similar financing-focused roles.

Responsibilities
- Prepare debt reporting and lender reporting packs
- Perform covenant calculations and support covenant compliance monitoring
- Prepare compliance certificates and supporting documentation
- Support construction and financing reporting requirements
- Assist with debt drawdown requests and financing activities
- Produce cash flow forecasts and treasury reporting
- Support treasury controls, governance and reporting processes
- Liaise with lenders, advisors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules
- Support wider finance and treasury projects as required

About You
- Experience in debt reporting and covenant calculations (essential)
- Exposure to lender reporting, debt facilities, loan facilities or financing activities
- Experience in covenant compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Available immediately or at short notice
