About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Business Management, Market Risk, Trading Support, Treasury Control, or Financial Markets who are looking to further develop their career within an international banking environment. We are currently working with an established international bank in London that is looking to hire a Treasury Business Management Analyst to support its Treasury team.

This role offers broad exposure across Treasury business management, trading support, risk monitoring, project delivery, management reporting, system enhancement, and market analysis. You will work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams, providing valuable support to Treasury business activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Monitoring & Control: Monitor trade bookings, settlement status, cash positions, counterparty limits, and outstanding items. Investigate and escalate trade discrepancies, operational issues, and settlement exceptions to minimize operational risk.
  • Risk & Exposure Monitoring: Support Treasury risk management activities by monitoring utilization of trading limits, counterparty exposures, liquidity positions, and other key risk indicators. Assist in identifying potential operational and control weaknesses within Treasury workflows.
  • Data Analysis & MI Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Treasury management reports, including trading activity, liquidity positions, counterparty utilization, and business performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • System Enhancement & Process Improvement: Work closely with Treasury, Operations, and IT teams to support system enhancements and process automation initiatives. Participate in business requirement gathering, UAT testing, and implementation of new products, systems, and workflow improvements.
  • Market & Business Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis on FX, Fixed Income, and Money Market developments. Assist in preparing market commentary, business analysis, and management presentations to support Treasury decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key coordination point between Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT teams to ensure efficient execution of Treasury activities and timely resolution of operational issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
