Are you currently working as a Treasury Assistant, Cash Management Assistant or a Senior Finance Assistant and looking for that next step in your career?

We're looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day treasury operations, banking relationships, cash controls and forecasting support. We're seeking a hands-on treasury professional who wants to build on their experience, increase their level of responsibility, and take a natural next step into a broader, more influential position.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Treasury or Finance Assistant to take ownership of an important business function, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and build leadership skills by overseeing and supporting a Treasury Assistant while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation.

You'll have the chance to develop your treasury expertise, increase your commercial exposure, and play a key role in helping the business manage cash effectively and efficiently.

Why Join Us?

You'll have ownership of critical treasury activities across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance and working closely with Commercial teams, FP&A and external banking partners. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play an important role in supporting business decisions through accurate cash visibility, forecasting insights and strong financial controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to move beyond processing and administration into a role where they can take genuine ownership, influence outcomes and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As Treasury & Cash Management Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the business maintains strong control and visibility over its cash position while driving operational excellence across treasury activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily cash positions, liquidity and payment activities across multiple accounts.
  • Acting as the primary contact for banking partners, payment providers and third-party platforms.
  • Overseeing bank account administration, mandates, access controls and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting cashflow forecasting through analysis, insight and collaboration with Commercial and FP&A teams.
  • Strengthening treasury controls, governance frameworks and fraud prevention measures.
  • Managing KYC processes, audit requirements and treasury documentation.
  • Identifying risks, challenging assumptions and providing recommendations to improve cash visibility.
  • Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and treasury transformation projects to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
