Summary

We’re transforming how we deliver change, with ambitious goals and rapid delivery. We need skilled Treasury Change Managers to support a large multi-year change portfolio across the Balance Sheet Management & Regulatory Reporting lab. Ideal candidates will have experience in:

  • Treasury
  • Regulatory Reporting (BoE, Liquidity, Capital, Securitisation, Asset Encumbrance)
  • Hedge accounting
  • Treasury & Finance change roles

About This Opportunity

Are you an experienced Treasury professional looking to shape the future of Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and Balance Sheet Management at one of the UK’s largest banking groups?

In this key role, you’ll work across a multi-year change portfolio, combining Treasury expertise with a drive for meaningful business impact. You’ll support strategic decisions,inspire change, and translate business needs into workable solutions—advising Finance on regulations, processes, and infrastructure updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an advisor and champion for Treasury, aligning changes with regulatory, process, and systems evolution.
  • Simplifying complexity in forums, product backlogs, and stakeholder discussions to drive actionable outcomes.
  • Promoting Agile behaviours across the Balance Sheet Management & Regulatory Reporting lab.
  • Collaborating across the bank to deliver solutions that align with broader strategic objectives.
  • Continuously updating Treasury, Finance, Change, Systems, and Industry knowledge.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis for change initiatives, alongside adaptive mentorship.
  • Prototyping solutions and testing them for business value, balancing efficiency with early returns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong grasp of business drivers in Treasury (Capital, Funding, and Risk Management).
  • Regulatory awareness for banks, balanced with risk tolerance of governed entities.
  • Ability to engage partners with diverse priorities and influence decisions for the bank’s benefit.
  • Pursuit of positive change, leading both individually and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Treasury execution and its interplay with support systems.
  • Business/analytical prowess with hands-on data analysis—turning complex problems into focused, actionable solutions.
  • Structured yet adaptable mindset: prioritising tasks while maintaining collaboration.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to drive decisions and change.
  • Experience with reporting/Data/Change tools: SQL, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, CoPilot, and Excel.
