About the Role

As a Treasury Finance & Banking Analyst, you’ll contribute immediately to a dynamic team responsible for cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, enabling you to gain exposure to global operations while developing tangible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day treasury operations across multiple business units and entities
  • Monitor bank accounts and manage end-to-end banking activities
  • Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with finance teams, internal stakeholders, and banking partners
  • Drive cash management, liquidity, and intercompany processes
  • Contribute to reporting cycles and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure strong controls and compliance across all treasury functions

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in working with Excel
  • A proactive mindset, curious and eager to learn and adapt
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills with a collaborative approach

Preferred Experience

  • Prior exposure to treasury, finance, or banking functions (internship or placement preferred)
