About the Role

As a Treasury Finance & Banking Analyst, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work will matter from day one. Gaining hands-on experience in cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting, you’ll work closely with global teams and partners to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth.

This role is perfect if you’re eager to learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to processes that touch multiple business areas.


What You’ll Do

  • Support daily treasury operations across multiple business units and entities
  • Monitor bank accounts and manage banking activities end-to-end
  • Perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure financial data integrity
  • Collaborate with finance teams, internal stakeholders, and banking partners
  • Assist in cash management, liquidity planning, and intercompany processes
  • Contribute to financial reporting cycles and initiatives for process improvement
  • Help enforce strong controls and compliance across treasury activities

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • A curious, proactive mindset, with a passion for learning and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Initial finance experience (internship or placement) is a plus
