About The Role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to support key treasury activities as we expand our features and footprint. You’ll assess capital, manage market risks, and oversee treasury procedures while collaborating with tech teams to enhance reporting processes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving capital optimisation strategies and decisions
- Assessing the capital treatment of new products and deriving returns on equity
- Enhancing and building out capital management and allocation frameworks
- Managing group capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans
- Supporting business decision making and associated capital actions
- Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of capital regulation requirements and risk management
- Understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding
- Liaising with Product Owners as part of the new product launch process

What You'll Need
- 6+ years of experience in treasury management focusing on capital (or similar) in a financial institution or fintech
- A proven ability to build and/or enhance processes
- Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)
- A deep understanding of capital risk
- A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
- Great problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
- A solid understanding of treasury concepts
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience in forecasting/modelling
- A CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM qualification
