Group Treasury Manager

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (15 months maternity cover)

Location: Swindon (Hybrid – 1 days per week onsite)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £80,000–£85,000 plus benefits

A large-cap, private equity-backed technology business is seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to join its central finance function on a maternity cover basis. This is a high-profile role within a complex international organisation, offering significant exposure to senior leadership, lenders, and investors.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of treasury operations across the Group, providing visibility of current and forecast liquidity, driving working capital performance, and ensuring compliance with financing arrangements. You will also lead a team within the Shared Service Centre and work closely with finance, operational, and commercial stakeholders across multiple business units.

This role would suit a technically strong qualified accountant with treasury, cash flow, and lender management experience gained within a complex corporate, PE-backed, or large-scale business environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
