Zanda partners with VCs, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs to deliver critical leadership appointments, on both an interim and permanent basis, at pivotal moments of growth.
Who is the Business
We are supporting a high growth global FinTech group with multiple regulatory licences, more than 1,000 business clients, and payment infrastructure spanning multiple currencies, jurisdictions, and banking rails. Having built a highly scalable platform in a specialist market, the business now serves a broad international client base, with other regulated fintechs also licensing its technology. Finance and Technology are closely integrated by design, and this role sits at the intersection of both functions.

What You'll Do
This is a broad, hands-on role with ownership across treasury operations, safeguarding, and payment infrastructure. You will:
- Oversee the integrity of multi-currency cash and ledger positions
- Support banking and payment partner relationships
- Ensure a robust control environment across regulated client funds
- Work closely with both Finance and Technology
- Drive process improvements
- Enhance reporting and data visibility
- Support strategic banking initiatives
- Play a key role in the ongoing development and resilience of the firm's payments ecosystem
Experience Required
- 5+ years in treasury, banking operations or fintech reconciliation at scale
- Prior experience in a regulated payments or e-money environment
- Multi-currency ledger maintenance and daily reconciliation at volume
- FX operations and treasury liquidity management
- Working knowledge of FCA safeguarding rules (PSR 2017 or EMR 2011)
- Hands-on with REST APIs and JSON — you can consume data and build against endpoints without engineering support for routine tasks
- SQL to a strong level; Power BI or Python a plus
- SEPA or ECB settlement experience is a significant advantage
