About the Role

My client, a reputable licensed overseas Chinese bank based in London, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Treasury Settlement Administrator to join their operations team. This role focuses on end-to-end treasury settlement, trade processing, reporting and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full settlement and processing for a wide range of financial products including MM, FX, NDF, Bonds, Repo and IRS; verify trade tickets, complete system entry, follow up on payments and conduct daily filing & bookkeeping.
  • Manage counterparty confirmations, SWIFT message issuance and head office data synchronization; monitor coupon payments, due trades and floating rate resets to ensure accurate and timely settlement.
  • Handle daily transaction reporting and reconciliation, collateral & margin management, valuation and dispute resolution; support regulatory reporting backup and liaise with external providers to ensure compliance with EMIR, MiFID II and relevant regulations.
  • Provide back-office administrative support, assist in system upgrades, project reviews and process optimisation; strictly implement AML, CDD and CASS compliance procedures, monitor daily operational risks and escalate suspicious transactions or breaches accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multi-tasks and adapt to workflow changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-team communication skills, with a strong team player mindset and sense of responsibility.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is preferred; relevant experience in bank treasury settlement, back-office operations or trade reporting is highly advantageous.
