PMC Treasury is a leading global treasury consultancy providing Treasury Solutions and Risk Management services to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporates worldwide.
Our Treasury Solutions team helps clients design, optimize and transform their treasury functions, enabling them to scale effectively, improve operational efficiency and support business growth. We combine practical treasury expertise with strategic advisory capabilities to deliver tangible and lasting outcomes for our clients.
Working alongside experienced treasury professionals, you will play a key role in delivering innovative treasury solutions to some of the world's leading private equity-backed and corporate businesses.
The Role
- Leading and delivering Treasury Solutions engagements, overseeing project execution, client relationships and the delivery of high-quality services.
- Driving business development activities through relationship management, opportunity identification, cross-selling and upselling, and support for new business proposals and pitches.
- Enhancing the effectiveness and scalability of PMC's Treasury Solutions offering through the development of methodologies, analytical frameworks, models, templates and other consulting assets.
- Leading the automation of treasury advisory solutions, collaborating with internal teams and technology partners to implement workflow automation, governance and decision-support analytics.
- Contributing to thought leadership, market research and the continued growth and development of PMC's Treasury Solutions practice.
- Ensuring all engagements are delivered in line with PMC's governance, quality and compliance standards.

What you’ll bring
- Proven operational treasury experience gained within a corporate treasury function, with the ability to apply practical, real-world treasury knowledge to complex client situations. Consulting or advisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, including banking, cash management, liquidity management, payments, intercompany funding and netting, debt management, FX, derivatives and hedging, treasury controls, technology and transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels, from Treasury teams and Finance Directors through to CFOs, CEOs and private equity sponsors.
- Commercially minded with a track record of identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and supporting business growth through trusted advisory relationships, cross-selling and upselling activities.
- Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information into practical recommendations and actionable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, value-driven outputs in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, balancing multiple priorities whilest maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex treasury concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively in pursuit of the best outcomes for clients and colleagues.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline. Professional treasury qualifications (ACT, CTP or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, with the ability to produce high-quality analysis, presentations and client deliverables.
- Willingness to travel and a strong desire to continually learn, develop and contribute to the growth of PMC's Treasury Solutions practice.
