The Opportunity

Location: London (Hybrid)

A leading international natural resources and infrastructure-focused organisation is looking to appoint a Treasury Corporate Finance Specialist into its Group Treasury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional seeking a role that sits at the intersection of Treasury, Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling, with significant involvement in funding strategy, liquidity planning and balance sheet management.

Unlike many treasury positions, the primary focus of this role is not cash operations. Instead, the successful candidate will take ownership of sophisticated financial models used to support strategic decision-making, external financing discussions and long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop long-term liquidity, leverage and cash flow models.
  • Build integrated forecasting models across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changing market conditions, operational performance and funding structures.
  • Produce modelling and analysis used by senior leadership, lenders and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast covenant compliance and debt capacity across multiple financing arrangements.
  • Support funding, refinancing and broader capital structure initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support relating to interest rate, FX and commodity-related financial risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
