You will work closely with clients and internal partners to understand business requirements, manage implementation activities and deliver successful outcomes across payment, collection and reporting solutions.
The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, managing multiple priorities and working at the intersection of business and technology. - Own and coordinate implementation projects from initiation through to production, ensuring delivery milestones, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, Operations and Technology teams.
- Facilitate testing, validation and implementation activities, ensuring clients are fully supported throughout the onboarding process.
- Communicate project progress clearly and effectively, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, actions and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Service and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Support business growth by providing implementation expertise during client discussions and new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the client experience and contribute to the evolution of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal business partners to resolve issues and drive successful project outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
