Treatment Coordinator
Treatment Coordinator – Leicester – Clearly Orthodontics
Part-time hours available Monday: 8:30–17:30 PM Tuesday: 8:30–17:30 PM Wednesday: 9:15–18:30 PM Competitive hourly rate from £14
Dental Nursing support may also be required on an ad hoc basis.
About the Role
Passionate about making a difference in patient care? We’re seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our welcoming Leicester-based orthodontics practice, Clearly Orthodontics.
In this rewarding role, you’ll play a pivotal part in coordinating care, building patient relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a supportive and professional environment with Part-Time contract options.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the patient’s primary point of contact, integrating with clinical and administrative teams
- Manage treatment planning, progress, and referrals
- Provideclarity on treatments and next steps, empowering informed decisions
- Build strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional service
- Additionally, support may be required in Dental Nursing tasks ad-hoc

About You
To excel in this role, you’ll have:
- Professional experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Advisor, or sales role with customer-facing skills
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
- A caring and empathetic approach with outstanding communication and teamwork
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced orthodontics environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
