The Treatment Coordinator will guide patients from initial contact through to treatment completion, ensuring compliance with Banning Dental Group standards and providing continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Journey Management: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing personalised support and care from initial enquiry to the conclusion of treatment.
  • Liaison with Dental Teams: Collaborate with dentists and dental labs to streamline treatment processes, ensuring timely delivery of work and communication of clinical requirements.

  • Financial Coordination: Guide patients through financial options, including payment plans, insurance queries, and financing solutions, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as an advocate for patient concerns, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Post-Treatment Support: Conduct follow-ups to monitor satisfaction, address feedback, and provide aftercare instructions where necessary.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage patient records, appointment schedules, and treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Banning Standards Compliance: Ensure that all treatment plans and patient interactions reflect Banning’s standards of excellence in care, communication, and outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
