Role Description
The Treatment Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Pinner, responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey from initial consultation to completion. Typical duties include:

- Discussing proposed dental treatments with patients
- Explaining procedures and timelines
- Ensuring that treatment plans are clearly documented and understood
- Verifying insurance information
- Discussing payment options
- Coordinating appointments with clinical and administrative teams
- Following up with patients regarding upcoming visits
- Responding to inquiries in person and by phone or email
- Maintaining accurate records in practice management systems

The role involves close collaboration with dentists and other team members to support smooth clinic operations and a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage and explain Treatment Planning and Dental Care options clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of Insurance processes, including verification, claims coordination, and patient benefit explanation
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling, record keeping, and follow-up activities
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred
- Comfort using practice management or similar software systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant certification or training in dental administration or coordination is an advantage
