Job Description
Are you a passionate Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse looking for your next opportunity? Are you ready to take on a rewarding new challenge in a supportive and professional environment? If so, we’ve got an opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly & experienced team at our Waterside Dental Clinic in Preston.
The Essentials:
- Full-time hours available
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am - 2.30pm
- Competitive hourly rate: from £13.97 per hour
- Free parking available local to practice
- Fully private 3 surgery practice with a varied treatment list
This is a key role within the practice, supporting patients through their treatment journey and helping them feel fully informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Acting as a bridge between clinical and front-of-house teams
- Contributing to practice growth and performance targets
- Explaining treatment plans clearly in simple, non-clinical language
- Building rapport and trust with patients
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Ability to explain complex treatments (e.g. implants, orthodontics)
- Interpreting clinician notes and translating them into patient-friendly information
- Coordinating multi-stage treatment journeys
- Occasional reception cover

About You
We’d love to receive your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
- A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service
