The Role
- Handle all queries received via email and website
- Answer calls from customers and Sales Managers
- Generate orders and data inputting
- Manage customs and export paperwork for deliveries
- Assist colleagues/other departments in busy periods
- Administrative duties as required
The Candidate
- Fluent in both French and German (both written and verbally)
- Senior experience in customer service (ideally from prestige product/high end customers)
- Experience or knowledge in import/export or customs documents - ideal
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Team player and excel in building cooperation
- IT literate
