About the Role
Teledyne CML Composites (based in Bromborough) is a dynamic manufacturer specialising in carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies for:
- Commercial aircraft
- Aerospace engines
- Business jet applications
With cutting-edge facilities housing advanced technology such as: ✔ Multi-axis NDT robotic inspection systems ✔ Automated material cutting equipment ✔ Multi-axis CNC machining centres

Job Purpose
A must-have passion for precision is essential in this role as you’ll support critical aerospace manufacturing within our Trim Shop—halted alongside skilled operators in delivering high-performance composite components.
Key Expectations:

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacture of composite aerospace parts using precisely calibrated tools and machinery in collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Meet strict production targets, ensuring adherence to job specifications and time constraints, thus enabling promotion eligibility and career progression
- Develop advanced trim methodologies, enhancing family heuristic across diverse trim shop orders
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organised, and well-documented workstation within the wider trim shop area
- Process composite components with precise precision, meeting national and international aerospace tolerances
- Align work with certified aerospace standards for consistent, compliant supply chain contributions
Qualifications & Experience
No prior experience is necessary—full training is provided as part of our commitment to both our colleagues and business development. However, we’ll value any of the following:
✅ Manufacturing experience (desirable but not required) ✅ Factory or production line exposure (a clear preference) ✅ Experience using hand tools, micrometres, and vernier measuring equipment (practical benchmarks preferred) ✅ Familiarity with health and safety protocols and process controls *(more so essential)*references
