We are looking to hire a TRT Doctor to provide excellent patient-centred care in one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital health companies. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage patients in a highly exciting area of modern medicine. Please note we invite applications from non-CCT doctors only, who have at least 2 years of experience post FY2 completion. What you’ll be doing Clinical Responsibilities: Engage in high-quality and meaningful digital consultations with prospective and current TRT patients Assess medical questionnaires and blood test results to create and prescribe personalised treatment plans Request investigations and refer patients to other healthcare professionals, as appropriate Provide proactive and assimilated medicines information and education to patients, prescribers and other clinical staff Education: Demonstrate knowledge, awareness and appreciation of men's health Proactively keep up to date with new evidence and guidance related to our clinical categories Proactive problem-solving and innovation with the aim of contributing towards service and clinical improvement Work within our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines and clinical governance framework, which drives continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives What we need from you A fully qualified Medical Doctor, registered with the GMC with a license to practise in the UK Non-CCT with at least 2 years full-time experience post FY2 completion Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week Able to work on Fridays and/or hours across the weekend Experience in providing digital consultations to patients for a range of health conditions Confident to work independently and autonomously, with the support from the MDT A team player and able to work collaboratively with members of the clinical team and the business at large, to provide holistic, high quality care to our patients Demonstrate an understanding of putting the patients at the heart of what we do from a clinical and regulatory lens Ambition and drive to continue their own learning and development Can-do attitude and a true problem solver Growth mindset and ability to use constructive feedback for their continuous development You may also have Experience in private healthcare or commercial experience Experience in digital consulting and online prescribing Experience working in a start-up Clinical interests in: Endocrinology/Hormone health, Men’s health, Weight loss, Mental Health, Lifestyle Medicine Experience within Men’s Health/TRT is desirable however training & induction is provided to all hired candidates What we offer Share options Exciting research and service development opportunities Private medical insurance Gym & wellness benefit with Wellhub Remote or hybrid role based in London Bridge 3 days a week with lunch once a week Cycle to work scheme Electric car scheme 25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policies Join in the early stages of one of the most promising scale-ups in the healthcare space
