Specialist Flatbed & Event Logistics Driver (Class 1 – Cat CE) – Bedford
We are a growing Bedford-based transport company seeking experienced Class 1 (CATEGORY CE) drivers to join our team for specialist flatbed and event logistics work.
This is not pallet network or supermarket RDC trunking. You’ll be responsible for transporting varied and often unusual loads, including:
- Event structures
- Staging equipment
- Tower crane components
- High-profile client deliveries across the UK
What the Role Involves
- Driving Class 1 (CE) heavy goods vehicles nationwide
- Operating flatbed and specialist load transport
- Delivering to event, construction and industrial sites
- Load securing and vehicle safety checks
- Occasional overnight assignments when required

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (CATEGORY CE) licence, CPC and DIGI Card
- Flatbed experience preferred but not essential*
- A practical, safety-conscious approach to load securing
- Reliability and flexibility when needed
- Hardworking and self-motivated individuals
