Trust and Estates Administration Assistant

Engage with our Great Yarmouth-based team for this critical role where you’ll support the preparation of tax returns and accounts while assisting with a diverse range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

    • Handling daily office tasks efficiently
    • Managing correspondence and documentation
  • Taxation Tasks

    • Processing self-assessment tax returns
    • Supporting with inheritance tax returns
  • Workload Organisation

    • Prioritising and managing a reactive, busy workload
    • Responding promptly to instructions

  • Estate & Accounts Administration

    • Assisting with estate administration

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • No prior experience in trusts/estates required—fully trained on-the-job
  • Ability to work both under supervision and with initiation
  • Sound judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving mindset
