About This Role

Are you an exceptional school leader ready to make a difference beyond a single school?

Do you believe that collaboration, high expectations and a relentless focus on outcomes can transform the life chances of children and young people?

If so, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is entering an exciting new phase of its development. With 15 schools across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Hertfordshire, we are building a stronger, more connected Trust where collaboration is not simply encouraged – it is expected. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a Trust that is ambitious, outward-facing and determined to improve outcomes for every child.

We are seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our executive team as Trust Director of School Improvement. This is a newly created role that reflects our commitment to accelerating improvement, strengthening professional development and ensuring every school benefits from the collective expertise of the Trust.

Working directly with the CEO, Headteachers and Trust leaders, you will lead our school improvement strategy, drive excellence in teaching and learning, oversee quality assurance and support leaders to achieve the highest standards for pupils. You will combine challenge with support, using evidence, collaboration and innovation to secure sustainable improvement across our schools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
