Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're looking for people who bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and genuine passion for men's mental health. Previous trustee experience is welcome but not essential — we value strategic thinking, relevant professional expertise, and a willingness to get stuck in. We particularly welcome applications from diverse communities, and the role is open to all, including female-identifying individuals.

Hybrid

What will you be doing?

We're looking for 2–3 proactive, strategic individuals to join our board of trustees. While all trustees share collective responsibility for governance, strategy, and financial oversight, we're particularly seeking people who can take a lead on:

Fundraising & Individual Giving

  • Providing strategic oversight of our income streams and helping develop new community and IG plans.
  • You will work alongside freelance experts who handle the execution.

The board meets quarterly, alternating between online and in-person meetings in Central London, with the time commitment up to 8 hours per month. Additional sub-committees may be established as we grow. The minimum term is three years.
