For over 20 years, Women's Interfaith Network (WIN) has been bringing women together across England to build bridges of friendship and understanding.
Our grassroots social groups and wide-ranging projects welcome people of all faiths and none, building and supporting communities that celebrate difference and challenge prejudice.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to WIN's values and who can bring a range of skills and experience to our board. We are particularly keen to hear from women with experience in third sector marketing, dialogue and community engagement, and youth work.
We are looking for trustees who:
- Share WIN's commitment to building stronger communities.
- Can think strategically and guide future planning.
- Are excellent communicators and team players.
- Are willing to devote the necessary time and effort to the role.
No previous trustee experience is required – we will provide a full induction and ongoing support to help you succeed.
We particularly welcome applications from women with lived experience from the communities we serve as we are committed to ensuring our board reflects the diversity of our membership, including women of all faiths and no faith.
The Role
This is a voluntary role with an estimated time commitment of approximately 1-3 hours per month. This includes preparing for and attending a minimum of 2 to 4 meetings per year (currently held online or in Central London), as well as contributing to particular projects when appropriate.
