The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trusts Administrator to join a highly regarded tax and trusts team. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will support a busy department advising on trusts, estate planning, wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of trust, estate, and income tax returns, trust registration service (TRS) submissions, trust accounts, completion of R185 and IHT100 forms, together with providing administrative support across a broad range of tax and trust matters. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise within a collaborative and supportive team, with part-time working also considered.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from experienced Trust Administrators with a strong understanding of trust administration and taxation. You will have experience preparing trust, estate, and income tax returns, managing trust registration service (TRS) requirements, preparing trust accounts, and completing R185 and IHT100 forms. A sound knowledge of personal tax, trust taxation, and capital gains tax is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy and supportive team. You will be proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
