Trusts Tax Manager
Role Overview
I am currently representing a highly reputable Top 40 accountancy firm with one of the UK's most respected Trusts and Estates teams, based in London. They are looking to recruit an experienced Trust and Estates Manager to join their growing department.
This position is ideal for a driven individual looking to deepen their expertise in trusts and estate management. Within the role, you will be preparing and reviewing annual trust and estate tax returns, working on APR, BPR, and IHT planning, and providing high-level technical advice to a portfolio of UHNWIs, HNWIs, private charities, and other clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Review and prioritise trust and estate compliance and advisory work
- Identify business development opportunities across trust, estate, CGT, and IHT advisory services
- Work collaboratively with internal legal, personal tax, and advisory teams
- Maintain strong relationships with external solicitors and professional partners
- Deliver tailored estate and tax planning solutions
- Build and develop your own client network
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience working with trust and estate clients
- Solid technical knowledge across trusts, IHT, CGT, APR, and BPR
- Previous experience managing and developing a team
- STEP qualification or CTA qualification (or working towards)
