Location: Remote, with occasional travel

Employer: TrydaNi Ltd, Wales

Salary: £55k per annum, pro-rated to 3 days/week

About Us

TrydaNi Ltd is a Community Benefit Society based in Wales, working in collaboration with The Mobility Factory (TMF), a European cooperative developing an innovative shared mobility platform, with a primary focus on EV car sharing. As part of this contract, you will be seconded to TMF for the entire employment period, helping to develop and enhance their shared mobility software.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience, capable of adapting quickly to new technologies. You will work on TMF’s Flutter/Dart codebase; direct experience with this stack is not required but you must have a proven ability to learn new technologies.

This role also requires experience in DevOps and designing CI/CD systems.

You must have experience working asynchronously and remotely, with strong written communication skills. A key part of the role is to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape product strategy and contribute meaningfully to the roadmap of an exciting shared mobility software product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
