Pinson TM are collaborating with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All candidates must possess experience in one or more of the following positions:
- TTMB (Traffic Town Movement Blockades) Operative
- TTMBC (Traffic Town Movement Blockades Control)

Scope of Role
Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives will work with both direct labour and sub-contract labour in meeting targets and deadlines on time.
Duties May Include:
- Setting up temporary traffic light systems at worksites
- Controlling traffic flow at temporary traffic light installations while ensuring public compliance
- Reporting any site or operational concerns to site/operations managers
- Being reliable, dependable, and having a strong work ethic
Technical & Operational Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
- Maintaining and removing traffic management equipment within required timelines
- Installing and configuring temporary traffic lights
- Assisting with road divertions

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensuring operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner to achieve high-quality outputs
- Strict adherence to the Health & Safety at Work Act
- Compliance with provided Risk Assessments, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (RAMS) and Method Statements
Additional Tasks:
- Assisting with the unloading/loading of materials
- Ensuring compliance with all safe working practices
- Reporting any plant or vehicle defects
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Lantra-approved Traffic Management qualifications
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)
