The Opportunity
A Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency team in a Global Advisory firm who work with stressed, underperforming and challenged businesses. The team supports companies and stakeholders through periods of change, transformation and financial uncertainty, often in fast-paced and complex situations.
Clients may include corporates, boards, government bodies, lenders, shareholders and other stakeholders. Assignments range from crisis response and contingency planning through to building operational and financial resilience.
The work involves understanding the drivers of value within a business and solving complex problems involving multiple stakeholder groups. Successful individuals are commercially minded, analytical and able to navigate challenging situations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Must have ACA or JIEB Qualification and experience in Insolvency Advisory.
- Lead restructuring and turnaround engagements from planning through to completion.
- Define engagement scope alongside senior stakeholders and ensure delivery is compliant with internal standards and risk protocols.
- Project manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate workstreams across complex assignments.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships and contribute to business development activities.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members while supporting a positive learning culture.

Skills and Attributes
- Strong financial analysis and scenario modelling capabilities.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of the factors that drive business performance and underperformance.
- Ability to lead engagement teams and develop pragmatic solutions to restructuring challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
