Location & Work Pattern
- Location: Watford (office-based)
- Working pattern: Primarily hybrid (minimum of three days per week at the Watford office)
- Hours: Full-time
- Training period: New starters typically required to work five days per week in-office until fully trained (unless exceptions are arranged).
About This Opportunity
The Delivery Management Advisor will join the Order and Delivery Team, providing excellent customer service while managing driver readiness for new car deliveries. This role plays a key part in achieving consistent performance against delivery targets, requiring a customer-first approach and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring every engagement—both internal and external—is handled with empathy and professionalism.
- Supporting drivers by anticipating their needs and liaising with dealers to streamline delivery experiences.
- Taking full accountability for service delivery, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and ownership.
- Educating and empowering drivers through clear communication and a passion for excellence.
- Managing internal and external systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Handling difficult messages with tact and providing knowledge-based support.
- Supporting team training and collaborating on ad-hoc tasks as required.

What You’ll Need
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering customer-first resolutions—anticipating needs, seeing interactions from the customer (driver)’s perspective, and ensuring completion through proactive follow-ups.
- Strong accountability—owning projects from start to finish, maintaining high accuracy, and driving improvements.
- Communication excellence: professional verbal/written skills, handling difficult enquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to resolve complaints and provide first-contact resolution (FCR).
- Flexibility to manage ad-hoc tasks, prioritise workloads, and train team members.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong self-management skills, including organisation, time-keeping, and adapting to pressure.

Nice-to-Have Attributes
- Experience working within inbound/outbound service roles (e.g., order management, customer support).
- Familiarity with SAAS/CRM systems and conflict resolution methods.
