JOB TITLE: Risk & Compliance Support 12 Month FTC
SALARY: £36,225
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained
About This Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Risk & Compliance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role provides crucial support across a range of risk and compliance activities, primarily helping the team handle Subject Access Requests (SARs) and supporting the administration of our risk and control framework.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable handling confidential information with care and integrity.

What You’ll Need
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review information accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of information and data.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful
- Supporting the delivery of Subject Access Requests within regulatory timescales.
- Reviewing, collating and preparing information from a variety of systems and sources.
- Redacting sensitive or third-party information accurately and consistently.
- Maintaining records and trackers relating to data requests and compliance activities.
- Supporting risk and control administration activities across the business.
- Assisting with the maintenance of risk registers, action logs and governance records.
- Helping to produce management information and reporting packs.
- Supporting the wider Risk & Compliance team with ad hoc administrative and coordination activities.
