Role Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time (Fixed-Term Contract until Sunday 12 July 2026) Location: Watford (Hybrid with min. 2 days office post-training) Salary Range: £44,901 – £49,890 Work Pattern: Hybrid (new hires start 5 days in-office for training)
About This Opportunity
Responsible for designing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, completing analysis, configuration, reporting, and optimising the platform’s operational effectiveness. collaborate with teams to customise and enhance the system to align with evolving business needs, process changes, and industry trends. Lead smaller Salesforce initiatives in alignment with roadmap goals.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation
- Support cross-functional projects by designing and implementing Salesforce functionality that addresses business requirements.

Automation & Process Optimisation
- Develop, analyse, and optimise service processes and workflows in Salesforce.
- Build automations to streamline operations while preserving existing functionality and informing strategic decisions.

Sprint & Release Management
- Define sprint cycles and release processes for Salesforce.
- Ensure changes are peer-reviewed and tested before deployment.

Defect & Issue Management
- Take ownership of defect resolution and critical issues to maintain platform stability.

Training & Change Management
- Provide technical training to operational and tech teams on new system changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business change readiness.

Performance & Optimisation
- Continuously assess Salesforce performance and utilise dedicated monitoring tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Profiler).
- Identify non-technical challenges and offer process improvements through automation.
- Prepare progress reports for management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with minimum 3 years’ experience in Service Cloud.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRUD, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and debugging.
- Demonstrated understanding of user requirements, system architecture, and efficiency needs.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and the ability to break down problems into logical solutions.
- Expertise in service ethics, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desired Experience
- Experience with Salesforce leading tools, such as Flows, Eight Bridges, or MuleSoft.
- Experience developing end-to-end process improvements using Salesforce functions.
- Technical training experience (LMS, online courses) or pre-workshop session planning.
- Ability to query data and build custom reports/reusables.
