About This Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for designing solutions and ensuring operational efficiency by analysing, configuring, and optimising the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Working closely with teams, you’ll customise and enhance processes to align with business needs, process changes, and industry developments.
Your key focus areas:
- Defining, monitoring, and regularly updating Salesforce roadmaps
- Leading smaller Salesforce projects to ensure timelines are maintained

Key Responsibilities
As the Salesforce Admin, you’ll:
Technical Delivery
- Design solutions for Salesforce projects to meet requirements
- Orchestrate flows created by Ops / Commercial teams
- Develop and optimise service processes, workflows, and automations
- Manage defects and critical issue resolution within Salesforce
- Lead sprint cycles and release processes
- Monitor performance and optimise Tusker’s Salesforce instance

Business Alignment
- Continuously improve process efficiency
- Anticipate root causes of user issues and automate repetitive tasks
- Prepare progress reports for management

- Partner with internal and external teams, all organisation levels
- Foster strong working relationships
- Provide data-driven expertise for business decision-making
Experience & Skills
Freshers’ welcome, but you’ll get most value by completing your training in an office-based batche until you’re proven.
Essential:
- Experience with Service Cloud and administration, ideally >3 years certified
- Strong understanding of user requirements and ‘no-code’ applications
- Adaptability to breakdown technical issues into logical, high-performance solutions
