Salesforce Admin (12-Month FTC) – Watford

Job Details

  • End Date: Sunday 12 July 2026
  • Salary Range: £44,901 - £49,890
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum two days/week in Watford office)
  • Training Requirement: New starters attend office five days/week until proficient

About the Role

Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to ensure operational efficiency. You’ll:

  • Analyze requirements and implement configurations to meet business needs.
  • Design workflows, automation, and custom solutions for streamlined processes.
  • Lead small Salesforce initiatives and maintain the roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver updates that align with evolving business challenges.
  • Own Salesforce defect management and resolution.
  • Train teams on new technologies and changes.
  • Continuously improve Salesforce for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Deployment

    • Design and implement new features, integrations, and reporting within Salesforce Service Cloud.
    • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Automation & Optimization

    • Develop, refine, and automate service processes and workflows.
    • Build no-code integrations to resolve inefficiencies or technical roadblocks.
    • Ensure legacy workflows remain intact during optimizations.

  • Project & Resource Management

    • Lead progressive sprint cycles and releases, with rigorous peer review and testing.
    • Set and manage defections and problem resolution deadlines.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing

    • Develop and deliver standardised training on new platforms, workflows, and service enhancement.
    • Support both Operational and Technical teams in system upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement

    • Proactively identify process gaps and drive underpinning analysis for strategic improvement.
    • Embed automation into repetitive tasks where possible.
  • Collaboration & Customer Service

    • Foster trusthead relationships within and outside the business for effective change management.
    • Serve as a technical authority handling complex internal/external queries.
    • Demonstrate strong customer focus in design and delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in configuring, managing, and optimising Salesforceadmin (Salesforce Administrator) with certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud for efficient case/service management.
  • Understanding of user requirements in critical business domains (processes, integrations, reporting).
  • Ability to translate no-code solutions into actionable solutions while ensuring scalability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps – reporting, release processes, debugging, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Communication skills allowing articulate strategic and tactical goals.
  • Dependable attitude with proven project follow-through.
