Are you ready to take your passion for education beyond the classroom and truly make a difference?

About New Way Tuition Ltd

At New Way Tuition Ltd, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the challenges they face. We specialise in alternative education, supporting students with SEN (Special Educational Needs) or SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, or those at risk of permanent exclusion.

Our goal is simple: to create engaging, personalised learning experiences that inspire students and help them achieve their full potential.

The Role

As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting students from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 11, helping them rebuild confidence and reconnect with education.

You’ll deliver one-to-one or small group sessions in subjects such as:

  • English
  • Maths
  • PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education)
  • Interventions and mentoring

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
