ABOUT THE ROLE
We have learners who need you — right now. Across Hampshire from Portsmouth and Gosport to Southampton and Andover, we're placing specialist SEND tutors with children and young people on EHCPs who can't wait any longer for the right support.
Every placement is fully managed and EHCP-aligned. You'll receive a full briefing before your first session, so you know exactly what to expect and your learner gets consistency from day one.

FLEXIBLE COMMITMENT — YOU CHOOSE
From focused specialist sessions to fuller weekly provision — pick what works for you:
- Specialist support: from 2–3 hrs/week for targeted 1:1 intervention
- Part-time: 4–8 hrs/week across one or two learners
- Full provision: up to 15 hrs/week with a dedicated learner

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Experience with SEND learners (specialist background preferred)
- Confidence with complex, multi-need profiles
- Familiarity with trauma-informed or low-demand (PDA) approaches
- A base anywhere across PO, SO or SP postcodes
