Purpose

As an Internship Coach, your core obligation is to:

  • Deliver bespoke support for students completes on the Prospects Supported Internships programme
  • Assist interns in achieving the Pearson Accreditation for employability skills
  • Provide one-to-one tuition and mentoring tailored to individual interns
  • Train host employers, families and stakeholders to align with success criteria
  • Align internships with sustainable career pathways, including transitioning into employment
