Purpose
As an Internship Coach, your core obligation is to:
- Deliver bespoke support for students completes on the Prospects Supported Internships programme
- Assist interns in achieving the Pearson Accreditation for employability skills
- Provide one-to-one tuition and mentoring tailored to individual interns
- Train host employers, families and stakeholders to align with success criteria
- Align internships with sustainable career pathways, including transitioning into employment

Location
Based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
