At Asda, we want you to Find Your Everything and as our Twilight Manager, you will manage and lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring we are delivering the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, whilst ensuring our store remains safe and legal for our customers and colleagues.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a rolling rota and 5 shifts over 7 including weekend working between 14.00 and midnight.

What Qualities You’ll Need

Drive strategy into action: Planning a execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift by ensuring great availability standards and key metrics and KRAs through routine and process. Lead with impact: Leading and coaching colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards whilst creating a culture of selling our customers with personality, serving with heart and pride, and get one more item in every basket. Execution-focused: Ensuring shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to night team. Talent Development: Listen with empathy, driving resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business by bringing the “Asdaness” to work every day and supporting the development of the team and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.

Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment. Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people. Confidence in developing teams and managing change. Strong customer service focus. Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.
