Approved Electrician – Switchgear & Critical Power Solutions

💰 Competitive Hourly Rate (JIB) + Pension, Healthcare & 24 days holiday + bank holidays
📍 Gloucester | 💼 Full‑time
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the assembly and wiring of control panels to detailed design specifications, playing a key part in delivering reliable electrical solutions to major UK industries.
Your Day‑to‑day Will Include
Assembling and wiring control panels Reading and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams Liaising with teams across the business Completing all required documentation Working on the manufacturing and testing of low‑voltage switchboards and control panels

The Person
We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
Experience with wiring Commercial/Industrial Switchgear and Control Panels (essential) The ability to work unsupervised from electrical drawings (essential) JIB Electrician Grade Strong communication skills A flexible approach and willingness to carry out ad‑hoc duties ECS Gold card (desirable)
