Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to determine tyre needs, assessing tyres for maintenance or replacement
- Fit, remove, and replace tyres on BMW & MINI vehicles adhering strictly to manufacturer standards
- Perform four-wheel alignments and adjust vehicle geometry using specialist tools; check TPMS systems
- Maintain high productivity levels while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Partner with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock effectively, reporting any shortages or damage promptly
- Deliver final tyre safety checks, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and health & safety regulations in every task
- Sustain a clean, safe, and organised workshop through diligent maintenance of equipment and tools
Requirements & Profile
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician in a motor retail, garage, or fast-fit workshop
- Legitimacy for work in the UK and a valid, unblemished UK driving licence
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Technical proficiency with manufacturer-certified tools and workshop technology

Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
